Auer Signal’s signal beacons are suitable to indicate at doors and gates whether it is safe to pass through them. For instance, the visual signalling equipment of the T+U series indicates whether a gate or barrier is closing. However, signalling sounders are not used solely on doors and access barriers: the application of signal beacons also extends to industrial doors such as roller shutters, folding doors and industrial doors, but also to doors and loading systems in the logistics sector. These doors and gates are built for emergencies, e.g. to save lives as a fire brigade gate. The right signalling ensures that critical or dangerous conditions are detected and thus ensures the safe function of doors and gates. Signalling equipment with high impact resistance is particularly well suited for the signalling of doors and gates, as these signal lamps are characterised by their resistance to vandalism and tampering.
